Housing contracts for the 2025-26 academic year are live in the Housing Portal. If you’d like to self-select your room and/or roommates, it’s important that you complete your contract prior to the listed deadlines.

All contracts received after the self-selection eligibility deadline will be waitlisted and manually assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit the Room Selection Process page for specifics and additional dates.

You'll use the Housing Portal to access the contract, make your deposit, and select a room or roommate. First time residents will need to submit immunization records (step three below).

Complete Your Housing Contract Online

The housing contract can be completed and submitted online through the Residence Hall Application portal.

Pay Your $500 Deposit (for First-Time Residents Only)

While still within the Residence Hall Application portal, provide payment details for your deposit. This onetime deposit will stay with you until you decide to no longer live on campus.

Submit Your Immunization Records (for First-Time Residents Only)

Submit your immunization records via the CastleBranch Portal. All students must satisfy immunization requirements in order to reside on campus.

Do You Have Health Insurance Coverage?

All students living on campus are required to carry adequate health insurance coverage. You will automatically be enrolled in the NSU Student Health Insurance plan unless you choose to opt out.
