Off-Campus Apartments With On-Campus Perks

Enjoy luxurious amenities and independent, off-campus living while still being just a few minutes from campus. University Pointe offers Nova Southeastern University students spacious, fully furnished studio apartments at a discounted rate.

Relax, study, and stay fit with resident-focused amenities, which include a yoga room, private study rooms, study lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an oversized swimming pool, and a spacious clubhouse.

Grab a bite to eat or do some shopping at several on-site shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby. When you’re ready to go to campus, hop on the shuttle bus that runs directly from UPointe to campus five days a week.

NSU UPointe residents are required to abide by all policies and procedures in the Residential Living Guide.

University Pointe Center Costs

As a resident, you will be charged per semester, as if you were living on campus rather than per month as with most apartment complexes. There are multiple unit types available with rates that have been negotiated to be comparable to Rolling Hills and Mako Hall. These rates are not published on the UPointe apartment page as the rates are specifically for NSU students.
