Your Resident Assistant (RA) is your primary contact point for most issues you may face. Think of them as a helper; they’re here to answer questions relating to campus life, assist in resolving problems you may be facing, and direct you to resources if you want to get more involved in educational and social activities.

Parking
If you are residing in one of the main campus residence halls, you’ll need to purchase an orange permit. Rolling Hills Students will obtain a yellow permit.

Safety

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. All residence halls are monitored 24/7 and the parking lots are gated. Please review the Safety section of the Residential Living Guide to learn more about preventive measures relating to fire safety, communicative disease and your health, hurricane preparedness and evacuation, and more.

Internet and Cable

Our Wi-Fi networks provide high-speed Internet access with top security features. All you’ll need is your SharkLink ID and password to get started. Cable is provided through Xfinity. As an on-campus resident, you’re allowed to register up to five devices to the 1NSU-encrypted network using your MAC address. This includes your TVs, laptops, phones, gaming consoles, and any other streaming media devices.
